OnSpot Social's Newest Update Adds iPhone Version and Much More
We’ve been working away on big changes to the app that make it easier to use and more accessible. In our quest to continue to be customer-centric— you asked and we delivered.
Perhaps the biggest and most exciting update is the addition of the iPhone version of the app. You can now use an iPad OR an iPhone to collect leads. That means your field reps can collect leads on college campuses, in hospitals and doctors’ offices, at trade shows or anyplace at all while drumming up business for your brand. With only an iPhone in pocket, your team can gather the leads needed to launch a full-scale marketing campaign.
Additionally, we have refreshed and modernized the app’s user interface. And, we’ve added important new social features including Google Reviews, LinkedIn, YouTube, Yelp, Snapchat and Pinterest.

All the features of the OnSpot app you have enjoyed on the iPad are available on the iPhone.
Additional Social Follow Features
Your customers can now use the OnSpot app to follow your business on LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat and leave reviews through Google and Yelp.
Updated Social Follow Functionality
You now have the ability to text your customers a link to any of your social pages so that users can easily/quickly follow your social account through their device.
Modernized & Customizable Buttons
All the buttons within a Campaign (forward, close, complete) have been updated to a more modern look. Also, you can now control the colors of these buttons to match your branding.
Redesigned App Admin
The App Admin has been completely redesigned and includes a new “Device Status” area.
Redesigned Thank You Screen
The Thank You screen has a modernized new look.
